Good news: there’s nothing wrong with you, so we don’t need to “fix” anything. Coaching is about learning to look differently at what’s there. Like putting on a different pair of glasses. Focus is on the one hand on exploring who you are, what you can do and what you want; your identity, mission, values and motives. And on the other hand on dismantling limiting beliefs such as ‘I’m not good enough’, ‘can’t be loved’, or ‘I can’t do it’. Getting a grip on your triggers, thoughts and emotions is also discussed in detail. This removes the need for compensatory behavior such as keeping yourself small, pleasing and perfectionism and creates space for extra zest for life. <\/p>\n
